I used to spent a lot of time worrying about what others thought. I lost my fitness, wasn’t confident or strong. I never had enough courage to take chances, try new things and experience more from life (like I deep down really wanted). I was always second guessing my workouts and never thought twice about what I was putting in my mouth and how it could be affecting me.

If it wasn’t for taking a leap of faith and trusting my gut. I would never have learnt how to train smarter (and properly). I wouldn’t have discovered the body confidence, courage and life I really wanted which includes a lot of snowboarding and plenty of other activities and adventures.

HOW?
