As stated above I felt comfortable with Kate after our coffee discussion and once commencing training she tailored the program as an individual and also accepted my limitations as with the knee reconstruction it has limited some of my movement for some exercises.
Kate has made my life improve for the better and I would be unhappy, unhealthy and not living my life to the fullest without her. My kids and I will forever be thankful to her for the love and support she has shown us over the time we have known her.
I’m an online client, so I don’t have the luxury of having Kate present during a workout. I’ve come to the realization that consistency is key but also being flexible when necessary and not beating yourself up when you fall short.
