I’m Kate. A Personal Trainer from Sydney, Australia who has spent the past 2 years living the mountain life in Canada. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and I love seeing people thrive.

But more than that. To reduce the percentage of people who do not currently meet the recommended physical activity guidelines. To reduce the sedentary behavior globally and use fitness and health as a tool to support mental health around.

I’ve done more embarrassing things than I could ever count and every single one of them has made me more confident and happy with who I am. It’s because of this, I love to challenge myself. Becoming a Group Fitness Instructor, running my first 10kms and completing my first beach swim were the first three achievements that made me crave more.
Feeling self-conscious and never really understanding how to train properly or eat right is something I can really relate to. I used to think 💭 that if you did as much cardio in the world you could look great and it didn’t really matter what you ate as long as you exercised.
I also never imagined I would be able to do all the adventurous things I’ve been able to do (including moving to a mountain town in Canada) since allowing myself to feel more confident and training to be healthy and fit. Like canyoning, snowboarding, hiking, a week long canoe trip, mountain biking, rock climbing (the list goes on). And I’m constantly looking for new things to learn and try.
If I can do it, so can you.
I work to help people do the same and reach their goals by helping clients set realistic and achievable goals, designing and building a training program around it, providing support and accountability and then monitoring training to optimise it for best results, whilst adapting to your ever changing lifestyle.
