“I believe all the magic in life happens outside of your comfort zone.”

Wondrous Health & Fitness was created for the passionate thing-doers* to be the healthiest, happiest version of yourself by training smarter to spend more time doing activities and adventures that you love (and well).

*Passionate thing-doers are the challenge hungry, the active lovers, the motivation petitioners, the explorers and adventurers, the fitness tech nerds (I know you are out there), the active socialites, the newbie fitness seekers, the fitness enthusiasts and the self-discoverers.

To push you beyond your comfort zone to help lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle. To empower you to be active on your own terms and enjoy doing it. To provide you with the confidence to exercise. To provide you with the tools and knowledge to train smarter and more efficiently. To provide you with the options to be more active and to motivate you on your very own journey to a healthier and happier you.

But more than that. To reduce the percentage of people who do not currently meet the recommended physical activity guidelines. To reduce the sedentary behaviour globally and use fitness and health as a tool to support mental health around the world.

“The daily recommended physical activity for an adult is not met by more than half of the Australian population and this percentage is significantly higher in women. Studies show many lack the confidence to exercise.”

I currently have a client who had a knee reconstruction 8 months ago and is working towards his first ever tough mudder event and hopping onto a pair of skis in a couple of months.

I have two clients who want to be fit and healthy and just recently went on a 3 month holiday to Europe. Whilst having fun exploring the world I have them an easy to use training program ready at their fingertips to do in whatever country they liked.

In the past 5 years I have been able to build up the confidence to become a group fitness instructor, change from skiing to snowboarding (which was scary because I don’t like being bad at things), went bungee jumping (still can’t believe that one), went on my first solo trip to Costa Rica with a group of people I didn’t know, went on my first canyoning trip (and have been on many more since), put on a pair of rollerblades, tried skateboarding (still working on that one), get back into the pool and swim, feel more confident in my own body.

I have done more embarrassing things than I can count on one hand and every single one of them has made me more confident and happy with who I am as a person. It’s because of this, I love to challenge myself.

I personally love to be outdoors. For as long as I can remember have been trying new things. The first book series I ever read was “The Tomorrow Series”. I hate losing and am silently (very) competitive. I smile at strangers all the time (it’s kind of creepy). I know the secret to finishing a Rubix Cube (…YouTube). I can actually finish one though 😜.
